It feeds on flies, shrimp, larvae, and other smaller aquatic animals. Hucho longer than 110 cm is a real trophy, hucho over 120 cm is a real giant.<\/p>\n<p>People often say that hucho hucho is a fish of thousand casts but if you are not experienced enough you can never catch this beauty. They inhabit moderate to fast-flowing large to medium-sized rivers with rock or gravel bottom. Generally, these fish grow to 25-40 cm in length, and up to 1 kg.
