Booking and Payment 

A deposit of 50% per rod/package is required to secure reservation. Full payment shall have taken place 30 days prior to delivery of any goods or services. Payment must be made in full, in Advance via bank transfer or credit card.

Any booking made or order placed by a customer, whether through this website or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by the customer to purchase the relevant package or travel arrangement subject to these booking conditions. By submitting a booking, you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements. No contract shall come into existence until required deposit payment is received and a confirmation invoice is issued. The customer making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of their travel party and is responsible for payment due from the party in entirety.

Cancellation and Refund 

Notice of cancellation must be sent to Go To Nature by e-mail to info@gotonature.co. Refunds on guiding and accommodations are given if the cancellation is more than 90 days prior to the trip. Refund can only be made if the trip is re-sold.

Cancelled bookings may be resold at a discounted price and refund will be discounted accordingly. Go To Nature reserves the right to take a commission for resold bookings. Go To Nature  advises you to take a separate insurance against the cancellation policy as well as a travel insurance.

Price 

Go To Nature reserves the right to claim additional payments if the payment information presented in the bank systems are incorrect or not in accordance with the parties correspondence or agreements. Please notice that the price shown in Fishing packages can change without notice.

Taxes and Fees

All prices include VAT and invoices are issued with VAT.

Confidentially

The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.

Photos from the Trip

All photos from the trip belong to Go To Nature and we might use them in publicity purposes. We will send you an album from the trip if you desire.

Sustainable Fishing Policies

You are obligated to obey the rules of fishing to our destinations as well as specialized rules set by each river manager. The rules might be limited keep of catch per day or catch & release, tackle rules & fishing times. You should read about any rules in the lake or river you intend to visit on our website before booking so you are familiar with them. If you are unsure of the rules please ask your guide to inform you of all the rules before starting fishing.

Terms & Conditions

You must pay for any damage you cause to any rods and reels that you damage or lose, even if accidentally.

You are not liable for any normal wear and tear or gear failures, such as reels jamming or rods breaking when the rod to line angle is greater than 90 degrees. Rods do occasionally break when used improperly, and we can advise you on this if you are unsure, so please just ask.

You enter every river on your own responsibility and we can not be held liable for injuries sustained while on the trip so at any point if you feel unsure about doing something please tell your guide and he will take you to another spot.

We are insured for injuries in car accident or other vehicles that might come up during your trip.

Our services are only available to persons who are at least 18 years old. Individuals under the age of 18 on our tours must be accompanied by an adult.

Our company is fully licensed by the governments of the countries where we have local offices.

We operate in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation law on data protection and privacy for consumers.

Limitation of liability

Notwithstanding anything else expressed or implied in these terms and except where a statute requires otherwise, Go To Nature shall not be liable whether in contract, tort or otherwise for:

(a) any injury to persons or damage to property; or

(b) any direct, indirect, consequential, financial or economic loss or damage to property arising out of any act or omission of Go To Nature.

On booking with Go To Nature the Customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms, conditions and policies.

Go To Nature reserves the right to review and change these terms, conditions and policies at any time.
